After many years of experience in a number of fields, I find I am drawn to brand design, flavor profiling, and business development. As Founder and CEO at Eastside Distilling Inc for 8 years, I have won numerous awards for flavor and design, all done with a bootstrap budget.
In the last year I have developed new flavor profiles, judged in several spirits competitions, brokered the sale of a craft distillery and a tequila brand, and have helped several others grow their businesses or start theirs from scratch. I help businesses make money.
